We offered a maximum refund guarantee when we came to the market and we were the first to offer this guarantee.
In recent years, a few other competitors have also offered maximum refund guarantee. We are sure they
only claim this because they bet you don't have time to compare, so they will not have to pay up. However,
our guarantee is based on concrete testing and evidence. In the past, numerous clients and independent third
parties have spent their time to compare all the online services, here are a few findings that were published:
- On May 15, 2010, Toronto Star found that all other online tax software missed
a popular Ontario tax reduction for parents;
- On March 26, 2009,
Canadian Financial DIY (using his own number) found
that all other Online tax software missed a popular unused foreign tax deduction;
- On April 8, 2010,
Canadian Financial DIY tested all online tax applications

- On April 8, 2009,
